Project HomeTap is the working title for a VC backed startup with the ambitious goal of creating a compelling alternative to today’s mortgage debt.
We make equity investments in homes – the homeowner cashes in on the value of their home today and we are paid out whenever the homeowner decides to sell. If businesses can take equity, why not homeowners?
To introduce this new financial opportunity to homeowners, we're simultaneously introducing a new asset class to investors. To do so, we are looking for someone to join us at the ground level to develop HomeTap’s fund strategy to deliver capital to homeowners while scaling a platform with sufficient funds from investors.
